HR- Generalist

We are hiring for the position of HR Generalist / HRBP for an electronics manufacturing company and a related concern of Hind Rectifiers Ltd.

Position: Assistant Manager / Manager HR
Location: Digha MIDC, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 5 to 8 years in core HR functions, preferably in a manufacturing setup

Job Overview:
The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations while acting as a strategic partner to the business. The ideal candidate should bring a balanced approach to employee relations, compliance, talent development, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an HR Business Partner to department heads and provide strategic HR support
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  
• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely statutory compliance
  
• Address employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and ensure fair workplace practices
  
• Drive employee engagement, training & development, and retention initiatives
  
• Oversee implementation and adherence to HR policies and labor law compliance
  
• Support performance management and workforce planning efforts
  

Desired Profile:

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  
• Hands-on experience in a plant/manufacturing HR environment
  
• Knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and industrial relations
