Head - Finance & Accounts (12-20 yrs)

Looking for 12+ years of experience in who is well aware of Indian Banking Regulations and supporting Indian market financial operations, preferably accounting and taxation matters in Banks.

- Proven experience in leading finance functions within multinational banks or financial institutions, with a deep understanding of global banking regulations and industry best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and deliver results in a complex, matrixed organizational structure.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations and business outcomes.

- Experience in managing large-scale transformation projects, organizational change, and cultural integration initiatives.

- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams, fostering talent development, and succession planning.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.

- Fluency in multiple languages and familiarity with international markets and regulatory frameworks is a plus.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Oversee the financial operations of the bank, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the bank's growth objectives and ensure long-term financial sustainability.

- Responsible for accurate and timely presentation and reporting of financial information of the Bank.

- Overseeing treasury functions including cash management, liquidity and capital allocation.

- Flagging risks to the finances - operational, market etc. And developing strategies to counter / mitigate the same.

- Compliance with financial regulations and standards wherever applicable.

- Establish accounting policies and procedures wherever required
