Lead Software Developer - Nodejs

We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications using Node.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Exceptional coding skills in JavaScript (both frontend and backend)
2. Advanced proficiency in MEAN Stack (NodeJS, MongoDB, Express, AngularJS
3. Thorough knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
4. Develop robust and scalable web applications using Node.js and related frameworks.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project specifications, and design system architecture.
6. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
7. Implement and maintain APIs to integrate with front-end applications and third-party services.
8. Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs.
9. Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and reliability.
10. Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions and solutions.
11. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Node.js and related technologies.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
13. Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or in a similar role.
3. Strong proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks such as Express.js.
4. Experience with databases, such as MongoDB or MySQL, and proficiency in writing efficient database queries.
5. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
6. Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
7. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in integrating with external services.
8. Proficient understanding of version control tools, such as Git.
9. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
10. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
