Backend Engineer (8-13 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and reliability.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.

- 8 to 13 years of hands-on experience in backend development.

- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.js, C#, or others.

- Experience with database management systems, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Deep understanding of server-side technologies, including microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
