- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct preliminary screenings, telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers as an HRBP to address escalations and improve hiring processes.
- Ensure recruitment compliance with policies and maintain candidate relationships.
- Handle operational and administrative HR tasks, including onboarding coordination and follow-ups.
