Role & responsibilities

Knowledge of CNC Machines & Operations
✅ In-process and Final Inspection
✅ Understanding of Engineering Drawings (2D & 3D)
✅ Usage of Measuring Instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.)
✅ Visual Inspection Skills
✅ Basic Knowledge of GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
✅ First Piece & Final Piece Inspection
✅ Rejection Analysis & Documentation
✅ Knowledge of ISO Standards & Quality Procedures
✅ Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and 5S Concepts
✅ Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions (Why-Why Analysis, 8D, etc.)
✅ Strong Attention to Detail
✅ Basic Computer Skills for Reporting (Excel, Word)
✅ Team Collaboration & Communication Skills
✅ Basic Understanding of CNC Program Adjustments
