UI/UX Designer - User-Centered Design (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle of our Financial products, from user research and concept development to prototyping, user testing, and final implementation.

Role : UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities :

- Develop user personas and journey maps to inform the design process.

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for usability testing.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring design ideas to life.

Requirements :

- 6-10 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably within the FinTech industry.

- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design user-centered and visually appealing interfaces, with a proven track record of success.

- Experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

- Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
