Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to employee engagement, welfare, and corporate HR activities.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR generalist activities to improve employee morale and productivity.
  
• Oversee HR operations such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
