Job Description : Product Manager

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Manager to join our team and drive the development and growth of innovative products that solve real customer problems.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver world-class user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Gather and analyze user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Write detailed product requirements and user stories.

- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

- Manage product backlog and prioritize based on customer impact and business value.

- Track product performance through KPIs and customer feedback.

- Champion the voice of the customer across the organization.

- Lead product launches, ensuring readiness across all stakeholders.

Qualification :

- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and roadmap planning.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven track record of delivering impactful products from ideation to launch.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
