Banking Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Engage with banking partners to identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
  
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide expert life insurance advisory services.
  
• Promote and sell a wide range of insurance products such as term plans, ULIPs, and investment-linked insurance based on the clients profile.
  
• Execute effective cross-selling and upselling strategies to increase product penetration.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and regular financial planning sessions.
  
• Meet assigned sales targets, KPIs, and ensure high conversion rates.
  
• Educate clients on the importance of financial planning, wealth protection, and insurance benefits.
  
• Stay up to date with IRDAI regulations, market trends, and insurance industry developments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred);
  
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in insurance / BFSI / financial services.
  
• Proven track record of target achievement and lead conversion.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Sound knowledge of insurance products, banking processes, and retail financial services.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with partner bank teams.
