Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with banking partners to identify, approach, and engage potential customers through bank branch networks.
  
• Generate leads and referrals by leveraging the banks existing client base.
  
• Conduct customer needs analysis and financial planning sessions to recommend suitable life insurance products.
  
• Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers through consistent follow-ups and high-quality service.
  
• Explain product features and benefits clearly to support informed decision-making by clients.
  
• Drive cross-selling and upselling of financial products to maximize customer value.
  
• Stay up-to-date with insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and product knowledge to better serve customers.
  
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in any stream.(consolidated & provisional certificates are mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
