Role Description :

This is a full-time remote role for a Target Technical Consultant.

The Target Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and consulting with clients.

Responsibilities :

- Guest Champion : Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with guests, understanding their needs, and offering personalized tech solutions through product demos and consultations.

- Technical Expertise : Demonstrate a deep understanding of a wide range of consumer electronics, including TVs, home entertainment systems, mobile devices, gaming consoles, and smart home products.

- Troubleshooting Master : Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronics and their integrations.

- Communication Ace : Excel at both written and verbal communication, clearly explaining complex technical concepts to guests in a way that is easy to understand.

- Tech Savvy : Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience working with UI technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, CSS/HTML, and React.

- Adobe Target Guru : Maintain a strong understanding of Adobe Target and its capabilities, including implementation of Activities, Target through Launch (MBOX, Profile scripts, Click tracking), and troubleshooting flickering issues.

Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in a technical consultant role, preferably within the retail environment.

- Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends.

- Proficient in UI technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, CSS/HTML, and React.

- In-depth knowledge and experience working with Adobe Target, including implementation and troubleshooting.
