Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations and strategy.
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Operations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee HRMS systems, employee records, HR audits, and documentation.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for various departments, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Coordinate and enhance onboarding processes for a smooth and engaging employee experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Performance Management
- Drive the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems (e.g., OKRs, KRAs).
- Guide managers and employees on setting goals, giving feedback, and conducting evaluations.
- Identify high-potential employees and support leadership development programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Promote a positive work culture and handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular check-ins, employee surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to upskill employees.
- Partner with external vendors and internal teams for workshops, seminars, and e-learning programs.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain HR dashboards and generate regular reports on key metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement, etc.).
- Analyze trends to recommend HR solutions, programs, and policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a mid-sized or growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HR software/tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
