General Manager Project

1. Project Leadership & Strategy

• Establish and grow the hospital projects vertical under the organization.
  
• Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  
• Oversee design, implementation, and sales aspects of hospital infrastructure projects.

2. Business Development & Client Engagement

• Work closely with the sales team to develop technical proposals and solutions during the acquisition of projects.
  
• Build long-term relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and institutional clients.
  
• Identify new business opportunities in healthcare infrastructure and provide consultative solutions.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Establish and manage relationships with strategic suppliers, vendors, and implementation contractors.
  
• Ensure timely procurement and execution of equipment, civil, HVAC, electrical, and medical gas systems

4. Operations & Execution

• Lead cross-functional project teams including design, execution, and back-office project management teams.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per compliance and quality standards.
  
• Implement and monitor project control processes and dashboards for execution tracking.

5. People Management

• Mentor and guide project managers and engineers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  
• Facilitate team collaboration across locations and foster a high-performance culture.
