Technical Subject Matter Expert - Node.js/React.js (3-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and technically proficient Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Vadodara. In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource, providing expert guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support across projects and learning initiatives. You will work closely with development and training teams to elevate technical capabilities and ensure the adoption of best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a technical mentor for development teams, guiding them through best practices, coding standards, and architecture decisions.

- Provide deep expertise in technologies such as ReactJS, Node.js, AWS/Azure, and the MEAN/MERN stack.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create, review, and refine technical training modules and course content.

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and technical bootcamps.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and assist in solution design and implementation.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and introduce innovative solutions to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using ReactJS and Node.js.

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS or Azure).

- Experience with MEAN/MERN stack development.

- Solid understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or technical education.

- Experience in designing curriculum or courseware for tech-based learning programs.

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified and engaging manner.

- Passion for teaching, coaching, and community development.
