Key Responsibilities:
- Generate demand and close new business opportunities for iF products tailored for mapping, surveillance, and inspection applications, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify prospective clients, understand their specific needs within mapping, surveillance, and inspection sectors, and qualify leads effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling remote visits and product demonstrations, clearly articulating the technical features and business value of our iF solutions to potential clients.
- Achieve aggressive annual sales quotas and quarterly targets, demonstrating a consistent track record of converting leads into successful business closures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account knowledge, demonstrating a clear understanding of client organizations, their challenges, and how our solutions can impact their revenue and operations.
- Utilize CRM and sales tracking systems diligently to manage the sales pipeline, document interactions, provide accurate sales forecasts, and report on sales activities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of high-level sales enablement content, including key technical presentations, compelling case studies, significant success stories, and competitive intelligence to facilitate the sales process.
- Build and nurture strategic alliances with new channel partners within the assigned territory, expanding market reach and creating new revenue streams.
- Develop detailed account plans for key clients and formulate an overall territory strategy to identify growth opportunities, penetrate new markets, and maximize sales potential.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and timely deal closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement feedback loops.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrable experience in selling technical products or solutions, preferably in areas related to mapping, GIS, surveillance, remote sensing, inspection technologies, or similar.
- Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations, both in-person and remotely.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing customer relationships and sales activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans and territory strategies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
