Product Manager - Group Loans

Role & responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and Vision

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities

2. Product Development

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop road maps and prioritize features
• Define product requirements, create user stories, and manage the product backlog
• Oversee the end-to-end product development life-cycle from concept to launch

3. Stakeholder Management

• Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback, ensure alignment, and communicate product plans and progress
• Present product updates to senior management and other relevant teams

4. Customer Focus

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points
• Conduct user testing and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions

5. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure that all products comply with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Stay updated on regulatory charges and adjust product features as necessary

6. Performance Marketing

• Define Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) and metrics to measure product success
• Analyze product performance data and make data driven decisions to improve product features and user experience

7. Innovation and Improvement

• Identify opportunities for product innovation and continuous improvement
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies that could enhance the product offering

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field

2. An MBA or a relevant degree is a plus

3. Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Manager in the financial services industry

4. Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar

5. Customer focused mindset

6. Strong understanding of financial products, services and regulatory environment
