Growth Marketing Leader - Chaturji Ignite Solutions

Chaturji is an innovative AI productivity assistant and collaborative AI-powered teammate that gives individuals, teams, and businesses access to the world s best AI models (GPT-4o, Claude 3.7 Sonnet, Gemini 2.5 Pro, and more) at a fraction of the cost. Our unique shared credit model eliminates per-user fees while providing enhanced collaboration features and integrated knowledge management tools for improved team productivity.

We re seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Leader to drive Chaturji s market expansion and user acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, user adoption, and revenue growth while positioning Chaturji as the premier AI productivity solution for businesses of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing and go-to-market strategies across all channels to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention
Build and manage a high-performing growth marketing team
Create and optimize conversion funnels from initial awareness to paid conversion
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (content marketing, email, social media, SEM/SEO, etc.)
Establish key performance metrics and implement analytics to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance
Collaborate with product and sales teams to refine messaging, identify target segments, and improve the user journey
Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content that clearly communicates Chaturji s unique value proposition
Identify strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities to extend market reach
Stay current with AI industry trends and competitive landscape to refine positioning

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth

Experience marketing SaaS, B2B, or productivity tools, preferably in the AI/tech space

Strong understanding of conversion optimization, customer acquisition strategies, and retention marketing

Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision making

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications Experience in marketing AI products or productivity tools Knowledge of AI industry trends and market dynamics Experience with product-led growth strategies

Background in building marketing teams from the ground up

History of successful launches in competitive markets Experience with international market expansion
