Location: Pune (home working to start with; potentially office hybrid in the future).

Hours: 10.30 19.30 IST.

Salary: (depending on experience) plus discretionary bonus.

Reporting to: Marketing Manager, Ignite.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer with a passion for digital marketing and brand storytelling. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our in-house marketing team and shape how multiple brands show up across digital channels.

You’ll take the lead on producing high-quality marketing assets, from social media graphics to branded decks and campaign visuals, while also contributing to web design projects and supporting small website updates as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, understands visual consistency across platforms, and has the confidence to take creative ownership while working within clear brand guidelines.

What you’ll be doing:

- Designing digital assets for LinkedIn, email campaigns, paid ads, pitch decks and more.

- Creating new visual concepts and templates for marketing campaigns, internal projects, and new brand launches.

- Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across multiple businesses.

- Collaborating with the marketing team on visual director for campaigns and communications.

- Supporting with website visual updates, image sourcing and small layout changes on WordPress websites.

- Contributing to website design projects in Figma when needed e.g. landing pages, content blocks.

- Taking feedback from the marketing manager and turning it into well-executed design output.

What we’re looking for:

- 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, especially for digital marketing and social media.

- Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern design for web, social and campaigns.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Design) and Figma.

- Great eye for layout, typography, and digital-first design.

- Experience designing for multiple brands and managing design systems

- Ability to adapt and create assets for different channels (static, carousel, print-ready etc.)

- Comfortable with making small website updates in WordPress or working with developers to hand over designs.

- Proactive, organised, and confident working remotely with daily communication.

- Bonus: Experience in recruitment, B2B, or professional service sectors.
