Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer with 3+ years of experience in Odoo and Python development, covering both front-end and back-end aspects. The ideal candidate will have strong working exposure to the Odoo Accounts/Finance Module and possess the ability to interact directly with clients. This role is crucial for developing, customizing, and maintaining our Odoo instances, ensuring seamless business operations, particularly within the financial domain.

Responsibilities :

- Odoo Development : Perform full-stack Odoo development, including back-end web development, software development, and programming tasks using Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Accounts Module Expertise : Leverage strong working exposure to the Odoo Accounts/Finance Module to implement, customize, and optimize financial functionalities.

- Client Interaction : Directly interact with clients to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure Odoo implementations align with business needs.

- Custom Module Development : Develop custom Odoo modules and features from scratch to extend platform capabilities.

- Module Customization & Configuration : Customize existing Odoo modules, views, reports, and workflows to meet specific client requirements.

- Integration : Assist in integrating Odoo with other third-party applications and systems.

- Problem Solving : Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within the Odoo environment.

- Code Quality : Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering to Odoo best practices.

- Testing : Conduct thorough testing of developed features and modules to ensure stability and functionality.

- Collaboration : Work collaboratively within a team setting, participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

Qualifications :

- 3+ Years of Experience in Odoo and Python development (front-end and back-end).

- Proficiency in Odoo development, including understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, QWeb, and standard Odoo APIs.

- Strong working exposure to Odoo Accounts/Finance Module is a must.

- Solid experience in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Programming.

- Expertise in Python programming language.

- Strong understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
