Job Description
As a Growth Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving NST's growth through innovative strategies across marketing, product, and content-led initiatives. You'll collaborate across teams to create and execute data-driven plans, enhance brand visibility, manage customer acquisition, and optimize the growth funnel to achieve ambitious business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Newton School of Technology (NST), integrating marketing, content, and product-led growth initiatives to achieve company objectives.
2. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to craft and implement go-to-market (GTM) plans for all business markets.
3. Spearheaded marketing and content-led growth efforts, leveraging compelling content strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
4. Ensure a seamless alignment between product enhancements and marketing strategies, fostering a culture that prioritizes innovation and adaptability.
5. Design and implement a holistic marketing plan balancing long-term brand-building initiatives, mid-term lead generation, and nurturing, along with short-term performance goals.
6. Leverage data, analytics, and insights to measure effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and encourage structured experimentation for continuous improvement.
7. Manage the marketing and growth budget to achieve sustainable and measurable results.
8. Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance cross-functional collaboration and drive impactful results.
Key Requirements:
1. 3-6 years of experience in a growth or marketing leadership role with a proven track record of scaling businesses from the ground up.
2. Expertise in Growth Hacking, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and managing the customer acquisition funnel.
3. Proficiency in Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign) and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
4. Experience in developing and executing content-led growth strategies to engage and convert target audiences.
5. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights and drive decisions.
6. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with experience navigating complex, matrixed environments.
7. Goal-oriented, thriving in fast-paced settings, and capable of taking calculated risks to innovate and grow.
