Territory Sales Incharge

• Setting up Distributors network in his assigned territory.
• Drive primary & secondary sales for his territory.
• Very well versed with HORECA Industry.
• Achieving sales targets successfully by doing product demonstration.
• Design and implement strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensures its strong presence in their geography.
• Build long term relationships with clients and understand their requirements for enhancement of business.
• Manage sales and revenue forecasting and SWOT analysis of his assigned territory.
• Share daily market report.Role & responsibilities
• Fully aware of emerging and untapped markets and pitch our product portfolio.
• Having complete information of competitor new product launch, pricing, promotional activities & schemes.
• Participation in BTL activation and events for the promotion of the products.
• Achieve the collection targets.

Preferred candidate profile

➢ 3 years to 8 years of working experience with HORECA Industry/B2B ➢ Good in leading the Team. ➢ Initiative, attention to detail, very strong execution skills & Presentable ➢ Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines. ➢ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills ➢ Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
