Job Description
The Foundation is dedicated to education and skill development among adolescents and young individuals. They are looking to hire a Head Finance who will work closely with the leadership team and lead the Finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- The incumbent shall lead the Finance/Accounts and legal function
- Strategic alignment of finance function in line with organizational objectives
- Finalization of accounts
- Timely and accurate donor reporting
- Financial analytics and budgeting
- Cash flow management
- Systems development and automation of processes
Qualification and Experience:
- CA with 15/20 year's experience in the similar functions - 5 years must have been in a similar leadership role
Compensation: 45 Lacs per annum
