Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute territory- and account-level plans to hit/exceed revenue targets.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Prospect, qualify, present proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals across large enterprise accounts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Forge relationships with CEOs, Founders, HR Leaders, Wellness Heads, and C&B teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, SDRs, and Pre-Sales to optimize pipeline generation and conversion.
- Lead Generation: Proactively source new business via field outreach, referrals, industry events and digital channels.
- Account Research & Intelligence: Analyze target accounts to tailor solution demos and follow-up strategies.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records; provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts and pipeline health checks.
- Domain Expertise: Become a product and market specialist in corporate health benefits, wellness and primary healthcare trends.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 5+ years of field-sales experience in a high-growth HealthTech, SaaS or startup environment.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable traveling across Mumbai (and occasional pan-India travel) as business needs drive.
