Job title: Assistant Manager

Division/Department: Corporate Sales

Reports to: Manager Corporate Sales

Full-time/ Part-time Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales for Genetics and Preventive Health packages through corporate partnerships and institutional clients.
• Identify and onboard corporate clients, wellness aggregators, and channel partners.
• Conduct presentations and product demos on Genetic test offerings to HR leaders, clinicians, and decision-makers.
• Build and manage a corporate client pipeline – from lead generation to closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, lab, and medical) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong post-sale relationships and upsell/cross-sell preventive health checkup programs.
• Provide regular reports, client feedback, and market intelligence.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor ’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Pharma, Wellness, or Genetic Testing sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B/corporate sales.
• Strong understanding of Genetic testing and preventive health will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
