Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support marketing initiatives and drive sales in the doors and furniture industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, a good understanding of the furniture and doors market, and the ability to contribute to marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and increase revenue. Daily job duties include talking with different construction builders and others who require timber or doors for their needs . The respective person should be agile and active and have a positive mindset .
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans to promote doors and furniture products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and trade show promotions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, interior designers, and retailers.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, improve customer engagement, and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Assist in brand positioning, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the product development team to introduce new offerings based on market demands.
- Support pricing strategies and promotional programs to maximize profitability.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience in marketing and selling doors, preferably within the furniture industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the doors and furniture market, including industry trends and customer expectations.
- Marketing Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to contribute to sales strategies, negotiate deals, and support business growth.
- Analytical Skills: Basic proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance tracking.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications And Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in the field and travel as required.
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
Familiarity with the Hyderabad market.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
