Duties Develop a standardized, language-agnostic process for publishing non-English training content on Now Learning. Oversee the content publication process, ensuring proper formatting, compliance, and quality. Create and implement a QA model for localized content that does not require language proficiency. Collect, organize, and manage source materials for translation by collaborating with curriculum developers and working across various content platforms (e.g., Articulate RISE, Storyline, Brightcove). Lead localization projects from initiation to completion, aligning them with global training strategies. Work closely with regional and global teams to support and enhance localization efforts. Develop and maintain project plans, balancing timelines, resources, and priorities. Assess and define localization needs for both immediate and long-term objectives. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. Align localization efforts with launch roadmaps and communicate progress to stakeholders. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage translation, review, and finalization of content. Identify and implement workflow improvements to optimize localization processes. Foster a collaborative, adaptable, and innovative problem-solving environment. Skills Experience: 3+ years in content publishing for an LMS. 1-2 years in localization, translation, or content adaptation. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF. Familiarity with eLearning technologies, including authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Inkling) and media tools (e.g., Brightcove, CaptionHub, Synthesia). Basic understanding of translation management systems (TMS), glossaries, and translation memory (TM). Moderate knowledge of file formats used in localization (e.g., XLIFF, XML, JSON, Excel, Word). Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Cultural awareness and sensitivity to regional language differences. Preferred Experience: Working with multilingual teams, vendors, or external translation providers. Familiarity with digital content, e-learning, or technical documentation. Experience with project management tools. Agile or localization project management experience. Proficiency in a second language (French, Portuguese, or Spanish) is preferred.
