Senior UI & UX Designer

Position Overview:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Infodrive India, you will lead and execute the design of intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces. Your role will involve a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to craft experiences that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept through to implementation, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency.
• User Research: Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
• UI/UX Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms. • Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints.
• Design Standards: Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure a cohesive visual language.
• CSS and Typography: Leverage expert knowledge of CSS and typography to create visually harmonious and functional designs.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design prowess.
• Design Expertise: Deep understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in CSS and typography.
• Research Skills: Proven ability to conduct and apply user research to inform design decisions.
• Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and justifications to various stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a user-centered design approach.
• Team Player: Effective collaboration in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications:
• Education: Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
