Job Opening : Senior React Native Developer (5+ Years Experience) - Indore (Onsite)

We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Indore (Onsite). If you have a strong command of React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, and mobile app architecture, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance React Native applications for iOS & Android.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and project efficiency.

- Work with Redux/Redux Toolkit for efficient state management.

- Optimize app performance and improve UI/UX consistency using React Navigation, custom animations, and native modules.

- Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and cloud services like Firebase, AWS, and Google Maps.

- Implement secure authentication mechanisms using OAuth, JWT, and biometric authentication.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment and updates.

- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver scalable mobile solutions.

- Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, crashes, and memory leaks.

Must-Have Skills :

- React Native (5+ years of hands-on experience)

- JavaScript & TypeScript - Strong coding ability

- Redux / Redux Toolkit - State management expertise

- React Navigation - Handling deep linking & screen transitions

- Native Modules & Third-Party Integrations - Payment gateways, Google Maps, Firebase

- REST & GraphQL APIs - Efficient API handling

- Mobile Performance Optimization - Memory management, debugging, profiling

- CI/CD & DevOps - App Store & Play Store deployments, automated testing

- Unit Testing & Debugging - Jest, Detox, or similar tools

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Swift, Kotlin, or Objective-C for native module development

- Knowledge of WebSockets & real-time data sync

- Experience in app security & encryption techniques

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
