Manage and supervise the daily operations of the curtain display floor.
Guide and support the curtain sales team to achieve sales targets.
Ensure an attractive and organized display of curtain collections.
Handle customer queries and provide expert advice on fabric, style, and customization.
Coordinate with the tailoring and fitting teams for smooth execution of orders.
Monitor stock levels and report low stock or fast-moving items to the purchase team.
Maintain cleanliness and decorum of the floor area.
Experience in curtain or furnishings retail preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics.
Basic computer knowledge for billing and order processing.
