Key skills for the job
- Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners and
resellers across regions.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to
ensure alignment with Sarvs product vision and goals.
- Sales Enablement: Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to
successfully sell Sarvs unified communication solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance and collaborate to drive joint sales
plans, marketing campaigns, and co-branded initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback through partners to help improve product
offerings and positioning.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to
develop partner programs and promotional strategies.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4-8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B tech sales.
- Proven success in growing a partner ecosystem, ideally within the SaaS or
communication technology sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter attitude with a passion for relationship-building and business development.
