Job Responsibilities-
Architect and develop enterprise-level backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
Lead a team of backend developers, ensuring code quality and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and deliverables
Review code, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices
Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and security
Ensure timely project delivery and handle production issues
Qualifications-
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
Experience in RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent problem-solving and team management skills
