Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Motion & Graphic Designer to create engaging animations and videos for our marketing efforts including social media, website assets, paid ads, learning content etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Create explainer videos, GIFs etc.

- Create dynamic social media and ad creatives (video-based and static)

- Work with copywriters to enhance storytelling with motion

- Design brochures, banners, certificates, letterheads, website assets etc.

- Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital media platforms

- Work with the Head of Branding to work on guidelines

- Work with marketing teams to optimize designs for engagement and conversions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts or a related field (preferred, but not required)

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro etc.)

- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animations and graphics

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles

- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all designs are accurate, polished, and high quality

- Good to have: Experience with Canva

- Bonus: Knowledge of Figma & 3D animation

- Strong communication and collaboration skills and an eye for aesthetics

- Understanding of branding guidelines

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

- Ability to create visually compelling and engaging motion graphics

- Ability to develop unique and on-brand design styles

- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to new trends
