Job Description
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and improvements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technological constraints, and business requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analyst, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to team members and stakeholders for feedback.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
- Integrate new design trends and tools into our design processes.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
