Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Arranging MRNs / Dispatch documents from Site.
2. Checking the invoices and other dispatch documents received from various vendors.
3. Booking of bills in SAP system.
4. Making comparisons and managing documents Quotations, POs etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or related field.
- Proficiency in creating POs, booking bills, managing work orders, and coordinating with vendors.
- Strong understanding of SAP system for efficient record-keeping.
- Excellent MS Office skills for document preparation and data analysis.
Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contractual
