Associate Manager

Job Description : .

Business development for infrastructure sub-vertical, including opportunity identification and evaluation, pre-proposal work, EOI & proposal preparation and submission, preparation of brochures, capacity statements, candidate databases, etc .

Project delivery support including technical inputs, secondary research, data analysis, report writing, client presentations, facilitating meetings, deliverable preparation, etc .

Project management including project controls, coordination with internal support functions, team management, financial management, maintaining required MIS, etc .

Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Minimum Qualifications & Work Experience Required : .

Graduation in engineering is mandatory (Civil / Environmental / Mechanical only).

Post-graduation in engineering or project/construction/business management is mandatory.

At least 5 years of work experience of with reputed development sector / engineering consulting firms on infrastructure projects in India and/or abroad.

Must have worked in both technical and project management roles, with experience in business development i e preparation of expressions of interest and proposals.

Candidates with strong experience in consulting industry shall be preferred.
