Role Overview: We seek a Senior SEO Specialist with a deep real estate background to lead our organic growth strategy. You’ll architect end-to-end SEO initiatives, driving visibility, traffic, and conversions in competitive property markets. Your expertise in real estate SEO nuances—local search, property keywords, and hyperlocal content—will be pivotal.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and execute a data-driven SEO roadmap aligned with real estate market trends.

• Mentor junior teams, fostering SEO best practices and innovation.

Technical SEO:

• Audit site architecture, fix crawl errors, optimize page speed, and implement schema markup for property listings.

• Collaborate with dev teams for SEO-friendly infrastructure .

• Content & Keyword Optimization:

• Lead keyword research for property segments (residential/rentals).

• Optimize landing pages, blogs, and agent pages for high-intent real estate queries.

AI-Powered SEO Strategy:

• Optimize content for AI search interfaces (Google SGE) and conversational query targeting.
• Leverage generative AI to scale hyperlocal content (neighborhood guides, market reports) while maintaining E-E-A-T compliance.
• Test AI-generated SERP features (FAQs, comparison tables) for high-value property segments.

Off-Page & Local SEO:

• Build authoritative backlinks from real estate portals, industry directories, and local citations.

• Enhance GMB profiles, local rankings, and map-based visibility.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor rankings, traffic, and lead-gen using GA4, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

• Report ROI to stakeholders, adjusting tactics based on market shifts.

Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years in SEO with 3+ years focused on real estate/digital property platforms.

• Portfolio showcasing SEO success in real estate (e.g., traffic growth, lead conversion).

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), GA4, GSC.

• HTML/CSS, JavaScript basics, CMS (WordPress/Drupal), and technical audits.

Industry Knowledge:

• Expertise in real estate keywords, local search algorithms, and property market dynamics.

• Understanding of CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Soft Skills:

• Leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data storytelling.

Education:
