Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and seasoned Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-impact motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling elements that elevate our brand and engage our audience across multiple digital platforms.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with content strategists, social media specialists, and technological product marketers to create visually compelling content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Develop high-quality motion graphics, animated videos, and dynamic visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Transform complex ideas into visually appealing animations that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Video Editing & Storytelling

• Enhance video content with animation, kinetic typography, visual effects, and transitions to create engaging narratives.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative strategies for product launches, advertisements, explainer videos, and brand storytelling.

Social Media & Digital Content

• Design motion assets optimized for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Work closely with graphic designers to integrate motion elements into brand campaigns, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.

Creative Strategy & Innovation

• Stay updated on the latest trends in motion graphics, animation techniques, and emerging design technologies to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Organize and maintain an efficient workflow for motion assets, templates, and project files. Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Competencies

Software Proficiency:

• Expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D animation software is a plus

Creativity & Storytelling:

• Strong ability to translate marketing concepts into compelling visual narratives.

Technical Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of animation principles, kinetic typography, visual effects, and compositing techniques.

Attention to Detail:

• Ability to create polished, high-quality animations with strong visual aesthetics.

Time Management:

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
