Job Description
- Assist the Member of Parliament in various tasks and responsibilities.
- Coordinate and manage the Member of Parliaments schedule, ensuring it is followed and respected.
- Communicate directly with Board members, team members, and others on a variety of matters.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Member of Parliament, including confidential matters.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Member of Parliaments office and internal departments.
- Complete critical tasks with a hands-on approach, such as drafting correspondence and acknowledgment letters.
- Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously, often with deadline pressures.
- Assist the Member of Parliament with responsibilities outside of the company, such as external Board activity and Committee involvement.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 5-15 years of experience, preferably in Ministry/Gov.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
