Job Description
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions using Zoho Books.
- Ensure timely invoice generation for projects and services.
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
- Verify vendor invoices, maintain records, and process payments.
- Contact customers for renewal payments and send timely reminders.
- Follow up on overdue payments and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and tax regulations.
- Assist in salary disbursements, reimbursements, and employee financial records.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounts, finance, or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and taxation.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and payment follow-ups.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
