ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Associate Professor to join our Department of Doctor of Pharmacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses, conducting research, and mentoring students in the field of pharmacy. They will also play an active role in the development and implementation of curriculum, as well as assessment of student performance.

Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in the field of pharmacy
• Develop and implement curriculum and course materials
• Supervise graduate students in their research projects
• Conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Participate in departmental and college-wide committees and initiatives
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior faculty members
• Participate in professional development and continuing education activities

Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Eligible for registration with the Pharmacy Board
• At least 5 years of experience in teaching and research in the field of pharmacy
• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
