Customer Support Executive

• Manage large number of incoming and outgoing calls

• Identify and assess the customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction

• Take orders from the customer over the calls

• Communicate and coordinate with other colleagues as and when necessary

• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints within time limits, take follow ups

• Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication

• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent communication presentation skills

• Good listening problem-solving skills

• Good interpersonal multi-tasking skills

• Familiar with CRM system practices

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Any graduate/diploma with good knowledge of Word, Excel, Emails.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in customer support and from Gurgaon
