Job Title : Lead Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We're looking for a Lead Graphic Designer who brings creativity, strategic thinking, and strong visual storytelling to our growing portfolio of consumer brands. You'll head our in-house design team and own the visual expression across digital, print, packaging, and campaigns-ensuring a consistent, engaging, and elevated brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, managing workloads and ensuring high-quality output

- Own the visual identity across all brand assets-digital, print, packaging, POS, and campaigns

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to deliver design solutions aligned with business goals

- Create and oversee compelling creatives for product launches, social media, website, and ads

- Maintain brand consistency while innovating within brand guidelines

- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies

- Manage design workflows, timelines, and stakeholder expectations

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

- 5-8 years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior design role

- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, packaging, and campaign work

- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, After Effects is a plus

- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling

- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills

- Experience in D2C, FMCG, or consumer product industries preferred
