Experience: 1-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers with queries, complaints, and service requests

- Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction

- Provide accurate and relevant information tailored to customer needs

- Record and update all customer interactions in the internal CRM system

- Follow defined workflows and service protocols to resolve issues efficiently

- Meet performance targets including call quality, response time, and resolution rate

Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a voice-based customer support role

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools

- Availability to work 6 days a week in a fixed day shift
