Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager HR Operations with 10+ years of experience, preferably with a background in schools or the education sector. The candidate must have handled generalist HR responsibilities and possess strong payroll knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursal
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable in Karnataka
- Address employee relations and HR policy queries
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain HR dashboards and reports
- Drive employee engagement and process improvements
