Role & responsibilities

• Material Master updation (RM/PM/SFG/FG).
• Product version updation in planned order as per the requirement.
• Generate RM/PM/Captive API requirements through MRP Run & coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely material availability.
• Process order and batch number creation in the SAP for semi-finished goods and finished goods
• Maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet production requirements while avoiding overstocking or stock outs.
• To carry out MRP run process.
• Supervise on daily basis for the availability of raw materials & packing material.
• Tracking of inward consignment and follow up of indented stock.
• Scheduling and coordinating production activities with other departments to ensure efficient production processes.
• Keeping the record of all running projects and completed projects.
• Sending the indents for short material and with necessary document (QM Info) to Purchase department as per project requirement.
• Follow up for the short material request for project.
• Coordinate with store for GRN Processing, QC for releasing the same and inform F&D, R&D & Manufacturing team regarding release status of material for further planning.
• Prepare MIS reports as per management requirement.
• Dispatch & Transportation operations.
