Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic leader to join us as Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that all functional teams across the organization - from Product and Marketing to Tech, Revenue, and People - are executing on initiatives that ladder up to our broader company vision. You will serve as the strategic glue across departments, helping to set priorities, guide execution, and ensure alignment with long-term goals. This is a hands-on people management role, requiring you to lead and mentor a team while driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Alignment: Drive alignment between cross-functional initiatives and the company's overall strategic objectives. Ensure every department's plans contribute meaningfully to organizational goals.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Revenue, Data, Finance, HR, and other departments to embed strategic thinking in team-level planning.

- Strategic Planning & OKRs: Lead and operationalize company-level strategic planning cycles. Translate high-level goals into clear department OKRs and ensure follow-through.

- Execution Oversight: Act as the central point for tracking the execution of strategic programs. Identify gaps, risks, or misalignments early and work with stakeholders to correct the course.

- Special Projects & Growth Bets: Drive analysis and implementation of new initiatives, growth bets, or transformational projects that require coordination across teams, specifically focusing on Tech Strategy and Product Strategy.

- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of strategists, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- Leadership Support: Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, Founders, and Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications & Skills Required

- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business consulting, corporate planning, or a similar strategic role

- preferably with experience in high-growth tech or gaming environments.

- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning organizational efforts with strategic priorities.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - comfortable influencing C-suite and functional heads.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.

- Demonstrated success in managing OKRs, business reviews, and strategic program tracking.

- Experience in gaming, tech, or digital consumer businesses is a strong plus.

- Specific experience in Tech Strategy, Product Strategy, OKRs, and Strategic Planning is crucial.

- MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institute preferred but not mandatory.
