Job overview:

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven product leader to join us as an Associate Director - Product. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying high-impact problems, defining innovative product solutions, and driving execution to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key initiatives

- Identify the right problems to solve through deep user understanding and data analysis

- Develop innovative, insight-led product solutions with measurable impact

- Leverage strong SQL skills to extract insights, evaluate performance, and support data-informed decisions.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams

- Prioritize features based on business impact, effort, and user value

- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a strong product culture

Qualifications & skills required:

- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C or consumer-facing products.

- Proven track record of launching and scaling impactful products.

- Strong SQL proficiency - able to independently query data and derive insights.

- Deep problem-solving mindset - ability to identify the right problems and define structured solutions.

- Demonstrated experience in leveraging data to drive innovation and product decisions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior experience in gaming or entertainment platforms is a strong plus
