Job Description (Key Responsibility & Accountability)

Central Maintenance Body Staff Function Assembly In Charge

• Maintenance Experience for Conveyor System, Servo System, Drives , Liquid Transfer and Filling Systems , Robot, Tightening tools Manipulator and SPM. Should be proficient for PLC ,CC Link , Control & Automation System.
• Should have good trouble shooting skill. And should be able to do root cause analysis and counter measure implementation.
• Techno commercial expert for Spare Procurement, should be able to analyze cost for maintenance activities and identify/plan for revenue budget.
• Should have good experience in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Planning and Execution.
• Should have thorough Understanding Calibration / Inspection Process.
• Safety Management and guidance to supplier / subordinates.
• ISO 9001:2015/14001 Implementation.
• Implement Education to improve maintenance skill.

Specific Function Skill

• Must have good Communication Skill English ( To be able to read , write, and talk )
• Must have good Computer Knowledge ( Word , Excel , Power point).
• Knowledge of maintenance of hydraulic equipment and pneumatic equipment.
• Must be able understand electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of Basic Mechanical Component such as Pump working , Valve Working , Mechanical Drives etc.

Knowledge of Basic Electrical Component such as Relays, Switchgear , Electric motor , Servo motor , VFD etc.
