About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience to manage finance operations at our Global Delivery Centre in Hyderabad. The role involves handling audits, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial statements and manage statutory audits.

- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Implement and monitor internal financial controls.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights for business decisions.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and taxation laws.

- Experience in audits, financial reporting, and compliance.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.

Work Execution & Quality Control

- Prioritizing the work with timelines.

- Plan, organize, execute, direct, and monitor operations, including overall quality of deliverables, processes, and project completion within budgeted timelines.

- Supervise teams across different client engagements.

- Preparation of regulatory reports and other data as directed by the designated superior/partners.

- Preparing checklists, procedures, PPTs, and other material as required.

- Ensuring quality control is maintained at the departmental level by adherence to firm policies.

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Communicate the results of assignments through written reports and oral presentations on a timely basis to the designated superior/partners.

- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.

- Tracking the progress of subordinates and reporting to the designated superior/partners.

- Coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

- Coordinating with other departments as and when required to achieve department and team goals.
